When submitting a tutorial, what is the "Homepage"?

The homepage is just meant to be a way of grouping your tutorial from the same site, or a "source site". Every time you submit a tutorial, keep the homepage the same then if a user likes your style for writing tutorials and they click "More" they will be able to view other tutorials submitted from your site.

Submitting your tutorial(s) to be added to the TutorialToday.com index will help send traffic to your site. It will also help build up links to your site, which in return, will improve the visitors you get from search engines.

Why should I write a tutorial, to be hosted on this site?

If you write a tutorial to be hosted on this site you will have your tutorial stored and available to anyone, free of charge. In return, you can also show your own ads whether it is for Google AdSense or you just want to advertise your blog.

How long does it take to get a tutorial approved?

Typically, it should only take a day or two, but it depends on how many tutorials have been submitted. Additionally, once tutorials have been approved, they move into a queue. Every 10 minutes a tutorial is moved from the front of the queue to the front page.

How can I improve my chances at getting my tutorial approved?

A few things that will guarantee your tutorial not getting approved are:

- Not being a real tutorial (e.g. just posting a script to download with no explanation)

Some things that will vary from category to category is whether the tutorial is unique or not and quality/effort put into the steps/explanation.
